INTRODUCTION
Dlala Ntombazana Development Project
is a community based registered with the Department of Social Development and is fully led and founded by women. Our mission is to address socio-economic challenges faced by young people by harnessing the power of football. Sport as a positive vehicle for the growth , employment, education, culture, and training by enlisting the support of institutions to address the socioeconomic problems that young girls in the nation face. We support schoolgirls and afterschool participants aged 8 to 35, aiming to educate, inspire, and mobilize them to overcome health issues, poverty, unemployment, and skills deficits, thereby empowering them to become agents of change in their communities. Established in 2005 and officially registered in 2007, we are dedicated to providing disadvantaged learners and after-school coaches with quality education to foster their growth as global citizens. Our accreditation by CATHSSETA allows us to offer training programs as part of our skills development and job creation initiatives.

Our Mission
Encourage schools to promote and kick start girls’ soccer, with the objective of creating interest in football and ensuring both physical and mental fitness.
Use soccer as a career for job creation and to have more outreach programs.
Empower women, within all spheres of life by being Referees, Coaches, Leaders, and Role Models.

Our Vision
To address socio-economic challenges faced by young people by harnessing the power of football, providing quality education, and offering holistic community services to inspire, educate, and mobilize them as agents of change.
